The Studio is a full size apartment for up to 2 adults only. It is very secluded, and away from all the cottages, right out in front of the property, over our house. It is privately located upstairs with its own separate staircase and entry. The large, open air deck has chairs to relax on while enjoying the full ocean views to the Isle of Shoals and every sailboat that passes by. The grill is located at the base of the stairs for fire safety. The sun rises every day in front of you if you’re an early bird!
Off season May and October:
$1,000 – $1,300 per week
Peak Season June through September:
$1,400 – $1,600 per week
